St. Ives Fresh Skin 🍑 Apricot Scrub

St.Ives Fresh Skin Apricot Scrub  is made from all-natural exfoliants and moisturizer. This scrub gets it’s cleansing power from Corn Kernel Meal, Walnut Shell Powder, Glycerin and Apricot Extract. This amazing scrub will deep clean leaving your skin healthy and refreshed, removes excess dirt, oil, purifies and exfoliates.

Apricots contain a high level of purifying Carotenoids ( = like Vitamin A)  and anti-oxidants to gently nourish and moisturize skin.
Glycerin is gonna give your skin back the moisture so that your skin feels soft and smooth.
Corn Kernel Meal (=dried corn) it is gentle but a powerful exfoliant that regenerates skin cells making your skin softer and brighter.
Walnuts have a hard shell once it’s mild ground it works as an all-natural effective exfoliant.

1. I use my favorite face wash or bar soap 2. Take desired amount (with wet face) 3. Start applying and use circular motion and try not to press to hard on your face. 4. After you dried your face apply your favorite toner. 

I would use face scrub twice a week in the evening before I go to bed then you are sure that your face (muscles) are relaxed.
