Sometimes writing down your thoughts and feelings can be as easy and complicated at the same time. Feelings aren’t always the best to describe, our minds work differently everyday. That’s why it’s good to keep up a journal or a diary.

I use prayer as a form of relieve mentally and/or emotionally. Helps me to get rid of this heavy weight on my mind.
