Drink a hot cup of coffee or tea read a book or look at the sky, choose good people to be around with, while you can enjoy the little things. Listen to a relaxing music be in your own happy thoughts.

Choose positivity over negativity, many times we are driven  by one negativity opinion instead  we should refocus and choose happiness, positivity over the bad. Remove yourself from people or situations that can hurt you emotionally.

Sometimes writing down your thoughts  and feelings can be as easy and complicated at the same time. Feelings aren’t always the best to describe, our minds work differently everyday. That’s why it’s good to keep up a journal or a diary.

I use prayer as a form of relieve mentally and/or emotionally. Helps me to get rid of this heavy weight on my mind. If you believe in the higher power or in God, having a prayer journal or praying day and night is going to help you to have a purpose beside your children or loved one.
