But putting all of that aside I think it’s time to show you what I ate on Mother’s Day and enjoy reading!
Before I start in this beautiful dish I don’t know what sauce it is, since my fiance is a chef he knows what he’s doing in regards of the sauces and the taste!
For breakfast he took a tortilla with Avocados, Boiled Eggs, Lettuce, Croutons, Scallions, Tomatoes, the sauce I have no idea but when I tasted that it was just HEAVENLY -TASTY and CRUNCHY ! And as last fine cut beef. OH before I forget on the boiled egg you see like a brown dust that is Cinnamon Powder.
Mother’s Day lunch Spinach Tortilla, Lettuce fine chopped, Philadelphia Cream Cheese, Avocados, Scallions, Tomatoes, a Vinegar Sauce (also no idea how he made it) and as last the meat is grilled Colombian Chorizo.
Mother’s Day snack is a hard rusk cracker with a homemade tuna salad in the tuna salad there’s avocado again with tomatoes and fine scallions. Very light and easy to prepare!
Last but not least is Mother’s Day dinner which consists of toasted Tortilla’s, Grilled Salmon with Olive Oil and Filet Mignon. Underneath the Filet Mignon he placed some grilled plantains and for the salad, he made a mix of Tomatoes, Avocados and Scallions. As you can see on the picture the Filet Mignon is very juicy and the Salmon was just right!
I got this lovely, tasty and delicious Sponge Cake as a Mother’s Day gift. It had a Pudding and Cherry like filling on top of the cake different fruits like Kiwi, Pineapple, Blueberry, Raspberry, Peach and Pear. Me and my boys definitely enjoyed every inch of it!
I really couldn’t ask for more I was at home with my family, healthy, enjoying each other’s company and had GREAT food! FOOD+FAMILY= LOVE 🧡
