Unexpected Cloudy Days in ARUBA!

But these past two weeks it’s still cloudy and a little bit cool outside. And you know when it starts raining we tend to get the cold and yes we did get it  all four of us at home, we were pretty much sick and I still have a runny nose and have some difficulty sleeping at night.

And for that reason my lovely boyfriend made this delicious home made soup, Caribbean style soup with plantain, celery, garlic, white potatoes, pumpkin, oregano, spare ribs, pork belly and to top it off I also put a little splash of fresh lemon and papaya hot sauceย (clickย here). On the side some avocados and brown rice the only thing I can say it was SO YUM!

If you know me you know I enjoy drinking coffee that’s pretty much everyday. When I’m at my job in those eight hours you can be hundred percent sure that I’m gonna buy a cup a coffee. And this week I went to the Dunkin Donuts and bought myself a medium size cappuccino, what really caught my attention are those vibrant colors on top of the donuts ๐Ÿฉ๐Ÿฉ๐Ÿฉ.

In this same week we went to my brother’s house and with on a lil visit, the kids had a play date they were playing cards and my youngest was watching television.

Also at my job we received a bouquet of roses which was very strange, I strongly believe that it was for an other department but oh well we enjoyed the bouquet and so I took a picture of it to share it with you. They smelled amazing though!

๐Ÿ€ Happy Thursday! ๐Ÿ€
