These past few months have been horrible, uncertain, depressing for many of us and I must say it has been so relieving and grateful to have my partner that has been SO supportive, encouraging and positive!

If you are negative person it will have a negative impact on you but if you are a optimistic and positive person it can really help you mentally but also physically and ofcourse on your creativity as well.

So many positive things happen our day and often we ignore them while letting one negative comment or even ruin our mood. It can help to keep a gratitude journal where you write down things you are grateful for each night or during the day.
