Vo5 Purifying Shampoo DETOX with Micellar Water

As I mentioned in my post Wokali Hair Treatment I purchased this Vo5 Purifying Shampoo Detox with Micellar Water together with the hair treatment which I also have written a review about.

Plus points are that this shampoo has all it’s ingredients nicely on the packaging with good instructions like it should. it’s a clear (transparent) shampoo and smells fresh, you can almost compare it to hotel shampoo.

The ingredients have me like..hmm I wish it had more natural ingredients in the beginning of the list, we all know if the ingredients are on the top of list they contain much more of those ingredients. The least it has it will appear more underneath the list.

Water, Sodium Laureth Sulfate, Sodium Chloride, Sodium Lauryl Sulfate, Coco-Betaine, Lauroyl/Myristoyl Methyl Glucamide, Fragrance, Hydroxypropyl Methylcellulose, Glycerin, Methylchloroisothiazolinone, Methylisothiazolinone, Disodium EDTA, Citric Acid, Polysorbate 20, Panthenol (Vitamin B5), Tocopheryl Acetate (Vitamin E), Biotin (Vitamin H), Rosmarinus Officinalis (Rosemary) Leaf Oil, Prunus Amygdalus Dulcis (Sweet Almond) Oil, Anthemis Nobilis Flower Oil, Helianthus Annuus (Sunflower) Seed Oil, Mangifera Indica (Mango) Seed Oil.

After washing your hair with this shampoo your hair is gonna feel light, clean and some what refreshed. Especially if you use A LOT of hair oils, styling gels etc.. like me. I could easily replace my more expensive hair shampoos like TresemmΓ© Flawless Curls Shampoo for curly hair for this shampoo, still would need a shampoo with extra oils to moisturize my hair since shampoos can strip you natural hair oil away. It’s almost with all shampoos and detoxing ones can maybe strip a bit more it depends on your hair texture and how healthy or damaged your hair is.

I would repurchase the Vo5 Purifying Shampoo Detox with Micellar Water it does a very decent job and affordable! Very good for people using a lot of hair products (hair oils, styling gels, pomade, wax etc..). When you use hair products they can cause build up in your hair follicle/ pores, this shampoo might help on the surface to remove excess oils and dirt.

    1. You should definitely give it a try.. bought it at Island Asia store. I just used it to wash my hair, scent is very neutral not leaving you hair stiff or too dry.

    1. It sure is..good to use a few times a week🌿

  5. I have never heard of this shampoo again and I am torn whether to try it from this review (which was very interesting). It sounds really good but clear shampoo just seems kind of weird. I don’t know but I am always up for learning about new products.

    1. I know right.. is so strange to see a clear shampoo, the shampoo though is not bad. Give it atleast one tryπŸ˜‰
