My younger self didn’t think responsibly a few years back but I think what I want to offer my kids right now is definitely a better life, education and overall better than what they have right now. As a more mature mother I want the best of the best for them, and think about their needs above mine.
I’m the kind of person that when I want to get something done, I pray, I focus on it, meditate, think positive, pushing forward to get it done with or to reach the goal or whatever it might be really.
Instead on focusing on this right now I’m gonna share with you ‘Nine Things That Make Me Happy All The Time’. They definitely help especially in moments of stress, feeling down or just when life happens.
The first one on the list is blogging, reviewing and researching they all belong to the blogging section. Even though I have been lacking on blogging the past month, blogging always has been something that makes me happy. Sharing with you a bit of me, product reviews and all the jazz. Still learning how to improve my blogging skills but I wouldn’t replace it.
You guessed it right music is one of the most powerful , change my mood, feel better kinda thing. Ninety percent of the time it helps me to calm down and get out of the funk. Of course my playlist is constantly changing depends on my mood.
We moms always have our kids present in whatever we are doing, family time has been more a thing instead of spending a lot of time online I have taken more time to spend it with my family. Being actually present matters and it’s important for their growth, especially when the biological father is not in the picture.
Number four on my ‘Nine Things That Make Me Happy All The Time’ is prepare and enjoy delicious homemade meals. Spending it with the ones that you love and are important to you makes me so happy. It’s another way of celebrating life.
You should know that before 10am, no matter what the question is, my answer is always coffee -Anonymous. This quote is exactly me everyday. I have been trying different coffees from different brands, it fully wakes me up gives me more energy and makes me ninety nine percent more happier and awake in the mornings!
Self-care has been way more in my routine I try to do everyday something small even if it’s just applying body lotion while I take a sip of my coffee (with some music on or in complete silence) or exfoliate in areas that I wouldn’t exfoliate because I’m in a hurry, or just take those extra minutes to wash my hair properly and just enjoy while I’m doing it since I’m always rushing.
Makes me happy to know that I’m taking care of myself, for moms is important to keep up with ourselves because we tend to take care of everyone around us and leave ourselves out.
Being spiritual whatever it means to you, higher being, the universe, God, Buddha, yoga. Spirituality helps me to feel safe whenever I feel down or I’m through a tough day, also makes me feel grounded and give thanks to God for all that I have.
Having a bucket list or any type of list with your visions and goals, we all have one list. Either it’s a list with two things on it. I have a bucket list of things I want to accomplish it also makes me look forward to the future it does motivate me to work on those things and most important stay focused!
And yes you guessed it right! Trying new products is my thing I love it so much, makes me happy whenever I try new lipglosses, eyeshadow palettes, scrubs, creams you name it. So exciting!
